During his studies, Dr. Martin Theis focused on semiconductors and their optical properties. As a project manager at Carl Zeiss, he was responsible for the development of laser commutation systems for satellites.

At Dallmeier electronic, he initially took over product management for cameras. As an innovation manager he initiated the decoding of videos on GPUs, which are now mostly used for AI problems. He then drove forward the development of an integrated security management system. In order to cover the personnel requirements of the development projects, he founded a subsidiary in Vietnam, which he finally took over as Creaminds Vietnam.

He spends his free time with bodybuilding, computer games and reading.
